Rated power
2200W rated power for everyday cooking.
Single burner
One cooking zone for a pot or pan.
The National IC-1066 price in Pakistan is Rs. 10,700 at AYS Online. This black National Distributor infrared hot plate is rated at 2200W, giving you a strong single cooking zone for tea, rice, curries and frying, whether gas pressure is low on a winter morning or you are cooking in a hostel room, office or flat without a gas line.
How an infrared hot plate cooks
An infrared cooker heats a glass top from an element underneath, and the hot surface passes heat into the pot. Flat-bottomed pots that sit fully on the cooking zone give the most even results. It is a useful backup when gas pressure drops on winter mornings, or for a hostel room, office kitchen or flat without a gas line.
Power and everyday use
At 2200W, an electric cooker is too heavy a load for most home UPS units, so plan cooking for when mains power is on. Plug it straight into a sound wall socket rather than a thin extension lead, keep the vents clear, and let the surface cool before wiping it.
