INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Aysonline.pk (the “Site”), operated by AYS Online, a Pakistani home and kitchen electronics retailer trading since 1956, with 17 showrooms in Peshawar and a service centre in Peshawar. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Site and to all of its divisions, subsidiaries and affiliate-operated Internet sites that reference these Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order on the Site you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not place an order. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and the date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

USE OF THE SITE
You are either at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We grant you a non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Site, under the Terms and Conditions described, for the purpose of shopping on the Site. Commercial use, or use on behalf of any third party, is prohibited except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in revocation of that licence.
Content on this Site is provided for informational purposes. Certain features may require registration. If you register, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it if it changes. You are responsible for keeping your password and account details secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. During registration you may opt in to promotional emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any promotional email.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING
An order placed on the Site is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. There are cases where an order cannot be processed, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Our Customer Service team calls to verify every order before it is processed, and you may be asked for additional verification, including phone number and address.
To prevent card fraud we may validate your payment details before dispatch, which can include a check of identity, place of residence or banking information. If we receive no answer to such a request, the order will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent use of a credit or debit card.
We work to keep pricing on the Site accurate, and prices are updated daily. Errors can still occur. Where an item is mispriced we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you — whether or not the order has been confirmed and the card charged.
PRICES, TAXES AND CHARGES
What the listed price includes. The price shown on a product page is the retail price of the goods. It does not include delivery charges or statutory taxes where those apply, and both are set out below so that nothing appears for the first time after you order.
Advance payment — no delivery charge and no additional taxes. Where an order is paid in advance, in full or in part, delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan and no additional statutory charges are applied. The listed price is the amount you pay.
Within Peshawar. Delivery is free on every payment method, including Cash on Delivery, and no additional statutory charges apply.
Cash on Delivery outside Peshawar. Two charges apply to these orders and only to these orders. A delivery charge, shown at checkout before you confirm. And statutory charges levied under Pakistani tax law — Sales Tax at 2% and Income Tax at 2% — which arise because the goods are shipped on a Cash on Delivery basis. Our representative will confirm the total with you by phone before dispatch. We may waive these charges at our discretion in individual cases. Choosing to pay a part advance instead removes both the delivery charge and these statutory charges.
Installments through Bank Alfalah. A processing fee of 5% + FED on 3 and 6 month plans, and 8% + FED on 9 month plans, is charged to the cardholder on Bank Alfalah credit and debit cards. This fee applies to Bank Alfalah installment plans only. Installment pricing on any bank differs from the cash price because the bank’s markup applies over the plan period.
No other fees. We do not add handling fees, packaging fees or card surcharges.
PAYMENT METHODS
You may pay by secure online debit or credit card, by advance payment in full or in part, by easy monthly installments with zero down payment through Bank Alfalah, JS Bank and MCB credit and debit cards, or by Cash on Delivery. Card payments are processed over a secure, encrypted connection. Your order is processed once payment or verification is complete.
DELIVERY
We deliver across Pakistan through leading logistics partners, and within Peshawar on our own vehicles. You receive a tracking ID with every order. Within Peshawar, same-day or next-day delivery is often possible. For other cities, delivery usually takes about 2 to 4 working days depending on your address. Every order is shipped with complete transit insurance. We do not ship outside Pakistan.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, road blockages, courier capacity or other factors beyond our control can occur, and we will keep you informed where they do.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order when our Customer Service team calls to verify it — simply tell them at that point. Once an order has been processed for dispatch it cannot be added to, and cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us on 0333-5652643 with your Order ID as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
WARRANTY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every product sold on the Site is 100% original and carries the official manufacturer’s warranty valid across Pakistan. We do not sell copies, grey imports without warranty, or refurbished stock. The warranty period depends on the brand and product and is stated on each product page; compressor-based products such as refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners carry a separate, longer compressor warranty.
Warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer’s official service network, and our team will guide you through the process. You are also welcome to visit our service centre in Peshawar.
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which sets out eligibility, timeframes and how to request a return. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact Customer Service on 0333-5652643 as soon as possible with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or other resolution under that policy. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection laws applicable in your province.
INSTALLATION
Installation support is available on selected products, such as certain air conditioners and built-in kitchen appliances. Availability and any charge depend on the product and your location. Please check the product page or call 0333-5652643 to confirm before ordering.
USER SUBMISSIONS
Anything you submit to the Site — including questions, reviews, comments and suggestions (“Submissions”) — remains yours. By posting a Submission you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and display it in connection with the Site and our marketing, together with the name you submit alongside it. You confirm that your Submission is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
You must not use a false email address, impersonate another person, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of a Submission. We may, but are not obliged to, remove or edit Submissions.
TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Site and its content — including text, graphics, software, photographs, video, music, sound, their selection and arrangement, all software compilations and underlying source code — remain our property or that of our licensors. Brand names, product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used on the Site to identify the products we sell. The contents of the Site are protected by copyright as a collective work under Pakistani copyright law and international conventions. All rights reserved.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws in force in Pakistan, and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the Pakistani courts.
Any dispute arising out of the implementation, interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator, appointed in accordance with applicable rules, who is legally trained, experienced in the relevant field and independent of both parties. The venue of the arbitration shall be Peshawar and the language shall be English. The award shall be final and binding and may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction, in accordance with the arbitration law in force in Pakistan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief through the competent courts to protect intellectual property rights and confidential information. Consumer matters will be dealt with in the Peshawar Consumer Court.
TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedy, we may terminate these Terms and Conditions or revoke rights granted under them, without prior notice, where they have been breached. On termination you must cease all access to and use of the Site, and we may revoke your password and account identification and deny access to the Site in whole or in part. Termination does not affect rights and obligations, including payment obligations, arising before the date of termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or with any of these terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Site.
PRIVACY
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
