TCL AC price in Pakistan by capacity
TCL is the same company that has taken over the television aisle, and it plays air conditioning the same way: more technology per rupee than the badge suggests . It is not the cheapest — Dawlance is — and it is not the most single-mindedly built for a bad supply — Orient is. What TCL has is WiFi across half the range , the widest set of genuinely useful extras, 10 years on the compressor across every single model , and one of the two deepest 2 ton shelves we hold, just behind Orient.
| Capacity | From | Up to |
|---|---|---|
| 1 Ton | Rs. 104,900 | Rs. 175,000 |
| 1.5 Ton | Rs. 125,000 | Rs. 225,000 |
| 2 Ton | Rs. 174,900 | Rs. 322,000 |
TCL model codes — T3-PRO tells you the compressor
TCL’s names look like a keyboard accident and are actually the most informative in the category once you know the three parts. Take TAC-18T3-PRO-12. The number is the BTU rating ÷ 1,000 , and 12,000 BTU is one ton — so 12 = 1 ton, 18 = 1.5 ton, 24 = 2 ton , across the whole range with no exceptions. Then the series, which is the useful part: T3-PRO means exactly what it says — a T3 compressor , rated for our worst afternoon. SVN-AI is the T-AI chipset line. T5 is the premium tier, where the VOX voice control, UVC sterilisation and Fresh air models live. HES and HEB are the older entry units. So if you want a TCL with the right compressor and you do not want to read a spec sheet: look for T3 in the name . Same rule as Dawlance , same rule as Gree.
T3 at TCL — about two in three
TCL sits in the middle of the market on this and it is worth knowing where. Roughly two out of three TCL models are T3 — more than Gree at about three in five and far more than Dawlance at about a third, but behind Orient , where it is roughly nine in ten. T1 compressors are rated to about 43°C ambient; T3 to about 52°C . Lahore, Multan, Sibi and Jacobabad pass 43°C routinely, and past that a T1 does not simply cool less — head pressure climbs, the compressor fights itself, and it trips or wears out early. TCL makes the check trivially easy with the T3-PRO naming, and its cheapest T3 is genuinely cheap. If your summer passes 43°C, buy a T3-PRO or an AI-41 and do not think about it again.
Offline voice control, T-AI and UVC — what is real and what is not
TCL loads more features onto an AC than anyone else here, so it is worth separating the ones that change your life from the ones that fill a box. Worth it: offline voice control — the VOX models respond to spoken commands without an internet connection , which matters in a country where the connection is the thing that fails first. Every other voice system on the market goes deaf when the WiFi drops; this one does not. Worth it: WiFi , on about half the range — for one real reason, which is switching the AC on from the road so the room is cold when you arrive. Worth it: leakage detection on the AI models, which tells you the refrigerant is escaping before the cooling quietly fades over a season and you blame the AC. Probably worth it: UVC sterilisation on the T5-SMT, if you are in humid coastal air. Marketing: the T-AI chipset does real work scheduling the compressor, but no chipset overcomes a wrong capacity or a T1 compressor in 48°C heat. Buy the tonnage and the T3 first. Then buy the toys.
TCL 1.5 Ton, 1 Ton and 2 Ton
1.5 ton suits 150–250 sq ft and is the size most Pakistani bedrooms actually need. 1 ton suits 100–150 sq ft — and TCL’s entry 1 ton is competitive with anyone’s. But the shelf worth pointing at is 2 ton: TCL has one of the deepest 2 ton shelves we carry , second only to Orient and by a single model — from a plain inverter up to the T5 with UVC, plus a floor standing cabinet. If you are cooling a lounge of 250–400 sq ft, this and Orient are the two deepest choices on the site. Apply the usual local correction on all three: if the room faces west, sits under a bare roof, or holds more than two people, go up a size.
TCL, Dawlance, Orient or Gree?
Four brands, four honest answers, and we stock all of them. Dawlance if price decides it — cheaper at 0.75, 1 and 1.5 ton, and 12 years on the compressor against everyone else’s 10 — but only about a third T3, so buy one with T3 in the name. At 2 ton TCL is the cheaper of the two. Orient if your area is hot and your voltage is unreliable — nine in ten T3, half the range Full DC Inverter, the most deliberately engineered range for a bad supply. Gree if you want the name everyone knows , or 3 ton floor standing , which TCL does not make — Gree’s 4 ton is listed but out of stock, and the only 4 ton available anywhere on this site is the Midea. TCL if you want the most machine for the money — two in three T3, WiFi on half the range, offline voice, leakage detection, 10 years on the compressor on every single model, and the best 2 ton shelf we hold. Same instinct as their televisions: not the badge you were told to buy, more of the thing you actually wanted.

TCL 1.5 ton ACs start from Rs. 125,000 and go up to Rs. 225,000, averaging Rs. 156,500 across 8 in-stock models. 1.5 ton suits 150–250 sq ft and is the size most Pakistani bedrooms need. Look for 18T3-PRO or 18SVN-AI-41 if you want the T3 compressor — the 18 means 1.5 ton.

TCL 1 ton ACs start from Rs. 112,000 and go up to Rs. 175,000, averaging Rs. 120,000 across 6 in-stock models. 1 ton suits 100–150 sq ft. TCL’s 12SVN-AI-41 puts a T3 compressor and WiFi together at close to the cheapest 1 ton price on the site.

What is the TCL inverter AC price in Pakistan?+
TCL inverter ACs start from Rs. 112,000 and go up to Rs. 225,000, averaging Rs. 170,000 across 22 in-stock models. Effectively the whole TCL range is inverter. It varies compressor speed rather than switching between full blast and off — roughly 30–50% less electricity and far gentler on your wiring.
What is the TCL DC inverter AC price in Pakistan?+
For TCL Full DC Inverter ACs, the current in-stock price is Rs. 199,000 for one available model. Full DC Inverter puts DC motors on the compressor and both fans — more efficient, quieter, and better at holding output when the voltage sags.
What is the TCL T3 AC price in Pakistan?+
About two in three TCL models are T3 — rated to roughly 52°C where T1 stops at about 43°C. TCL makes it easy to spot: look for T3-PRO in the model name.
Choosing the right TCL AC
What does a TCL model number like TAC-18T3-PRO-12 mean?+
Three parts. The number is the BTU rating ÷ 1,000 , and 12,000 BTU is one ton — so 12 = 1 ton, 18 = 1.5 ton, 24 = 2 ton , with no exceptions. Then the series: T3-PRO means a T3 compressor; SVN-AI is the T-AI chipset line; T5 is the premium tier with VOX voice, UVC sterilisation and Fresh models; HES and HEB are the older entry units. If you want a TCL with the right compressor and would rather not read a spec sheet, look for T3 in the name.
Are TCL ACs T3?+
About two in three are — more than Gree (about three in five) and well ahead of Dawlance (about a third), but behind Orient at nine in ten. T1 is rated to roughly 43°C ambient and T3 to about 52°C; most of Punjab and Sindh passes 43°C routinely, and past that a T1 trips or wears out early rather than merely cooling less. TCL makes checking easy: T3-PRO in the name means a T3 compressor, and its cheapest T3 is genuinely cheap.
Is TCL offline voice control actually useful?+
Yes, and it is the one voice feature in this category worth the money. The VOX models respond to spoken commands without an internet connection . Every other voice-controlled AC routes through the cloud, which means it goes deaf exactly when your connection drops — and here, the connection is usually the first thing to fail. Offline voice keeps working. Worth pairing in your head with the honest version of the rest: WiFi is useful for one real thing (switching the AC on from the road), leakage detection genuinely helps, and the T-AI chipset does real work — but no chipset fixes a wrong capacity or a T1 compressor at 48°C. Buy the tonnage and the T3 first.
Which brand should I buy — TCL, Dawlance, Orient or Gree?+
Dawlance if price decides it — cheaper at 0.75, 1 and 1.5 ton, 12 years on the compressor against everyone else’s 10, but only about a third T3 so buy one with T3 in the name. Orient if your area is hot and your voltage unreliable — nine in ten T3, half the range Full DC Inverter. Gree for the name everyone knows, or for 3 ton floor standing, which TCL does not make. TCL for the most machine per rupee — two in three T3, WiFi on half the range, offline voice, leakage detection, 10 years on the compressor on every model, and the deepest 2 ton shelf we hold.
Buying from AYS Online
What warranty comes with a TCL AC?+
Every TCL AC we stock carries 10 years on the compressor — not most of the range, all of it — with 1 year general warranty and 4 years on the PCB kit on much of it. Exact terms are on each product page. For comparison, Dawlance gives 12 years on the compressor. All units are 100% original with the official TCL warranty valid across Pakistan, and every order ships with complete transit insurance.
Do you install the air conditioner?+
Installation support is available on selected products only — check the product page, and please do not assume it is included. It matters more than people think: a badly installed AC with a long, kinked or under-gassed pipe run will underperform for its whole life no matter what you paid for it. If you are arranging your own fitter, insist on a proper vacuum and pressure test before gas charging. Free delivery anywhere in Pakistan on advance payment — full or partial — and free within Peshawar on any payment method, with complete transit insurance on every order.
Can I buy a TCL AC on installments?+
Yes. AYS Online offers zero down payment EMI through Bank Alfalah, JS Bank and MCB Bank credit and debit cards, with a fully automated installment checkout — no paperwork trips. Bank markup applies as per your bank’s schedule. Cash on Delivery and secure online payment are also available.
