Rated power
2200W for boiling and everyday cooking.
Touch control and timer
Set cooking on the touch panel and use the timer.
Universal pots
Rated by NasGas as compatible with universal pots.
The NasGas NTC-123 price in Pakistan is Rs. 16,800 at AYS Online. This black single-burner infrared cooker is rated at 2200W, has a ceramic glass top, touch control and a timer, and works with any pot, making it a handy backup when gas pressure drops or a main cooker for a flat or hostel room.
How an infrared hot plate cooks
An infrared cooker heats its ceramic glass top from an element underneath, and the hot surface passes heat into the pot. NasGas rates the NTC-123 as universal pot compatible, so steel, aluminium and other flat-bottomed pots can be used. Touch control sets the cooking, and the timer helps when you are simmering daal or boiling eggs.
Electrical details and power use
The NTC-123 runs on 220V, 50Hz and weighs 3.54 kg, so it is easy to move and store. At 2200W it is too heavy a load for most home UPS units, so plan cooking for when mains power is on and plug it straight into a sound wall socket.
