Super Asia EH-640 Plus Electric Geyser (Smart Series) – 44L – Variable Energy Controller – Solar Compatible

The Super Asia EH-640 Plus is a 44 litre electric geyser from Super Asia’s Smart Series. Its Variable Energy Controller lets you choose 800W, 1200W or 2000W, and it works across a wide voltage range of 150V to 240V.

Variable Energy Controller

Set 2000W for the fastest heating, 1200W for daily use, or 800W to save electricity. An adjustable temperature controller lets you choose how hot the water gets.

Made for Pakistani power conditions

Super Asia rates the EH-640 Plus for a wide operating range of 150V to 240V. The long life Incoloy heating element is built for years of use, and the body is shock and rust proof.

Safety

A built-in earth leakage protector and overheat protection add safety in the bathroom.

What “solar compatible” means

This is an electric geyser. “Solar compatible” means it can run on the AC output of a home solar inverter or UPS; it is not a solar water heater with panels on the roof. Choosing the lower 800W setting puts less load on a solar inverter or UPS, while 2000W heats the tank fastest when mains power is available.

Who should buy it

The 44 litre EH-640 Plus suits a small to medium family. For more hot water, Super Asia also makes the 52 litre EH-650 Plus and 59 litre EH-660 Plus.

Warranty

Super Asia gives a 1 year general warranty on its electric water heaters, and the thermostat is covered once during the warranty.
