Signature EPC-15 Coil Hot Plate, 1500W, Single Burner, Black

The Signature EPC-15 price in Pakistan is Rs. 16,900 at AYS Online. This black Signature coil hot plate is a single-burner cooker rated at 1500W, a simple single-burner cooker for tea, eggs, rice or a curry when gas pressure is low on a winter morning, or in a hostel room, office or flat without a gas line.

How a coil hot plate cooks

A coil hot plate heats an element under a solid plate, which then heats the pot sitting on it. Flat-bottomed pans in good contact with the plate heat most evenly. It is a simple backup when gas pressure drops on winter mornings, or for a hostel room, office or flat without a gas line.

Power and everyday use

At 1500W, an electric cooker is too heavy a load for most home UPS units, so plan cooking for when mains power is on. Plug it straight into a sound wall socket rather than a thin extension lead, keep the vents clear, and let the surface cool before wiping it.
