Steam output for heavier ironing
Retail listings for this model give 45 g/min of continuous steam and a steam shot of up to 140 g for stubborn creases in starched shalwar kameez, bedsheets and denim. The 350 ml tank cuts down refills, and vertical steam lets you freshen hanging clothes and curtains. An ECO function is also listed for this model, along with an anti-drip system that helps stop drips when the soleplate is not hot enough for steam.
Safety and care
Auto shut-off switches the iron off when it is left unattended. The self-clean function and anti-calc protection help deal with scale from hard water.
At 2600W this is a heavy load, so run it on mains power rather than a home UPS during load-shedding.
