Two 5.0 kW burners on the HCC-Q57326-N

Most three-burner hobs give you one strong burner. The Q57326-N gives you two, left and right, with a 1.5 kW burner in the centre. In practice that means a karahi and a big pot of rice can both get high heat at once, while chai or daal simmers gently in the middle. For iftar, dawats and joint-family dinners, that second power burner saves real time.

Built in, or on the counter?

The HCC-Q57326-N works both ways. Built in, it sits flush in the slab with an adjustable cut-out range of 680–730 x 380–400 mm, which helps when an existing opening is not quite standard. Used as a desktop hob, it simply sits on a stable, heat-resistant surface, handy if you rent or have not finished the kitchen yet. The full unit measures 750 x 450 x 150 mm.

• Flat steel pan supports keep cookware balanced.
• Electric ignition lights each burner with a push of the knob.
• Natural gas model, so it is meant for a Sui gas connection.

Safety and care on the 6mm glass

Each burner has a flame failure device: if a flame is blown out or drowned by a spill, the gas to that burner stops. The 6mm tempered glass resists scratches and heat. Clean it once cool with a soft damp cloth and a mild cleaner, never a scourer, and have a qualified gas fitter make the connection.

Good to know: as a desktop hob the Q57326-N needs a level, heat-resistant surface and a proper gas hose, so do not place it on a wooden table or plastic sheet.
