Esquire HIE-8000 All-in-One Garment Steamer, 1800W, 2 Litre Tank

The Esquire HIE-8000 is an all-in-one garment steamer rated at 1800W, with a 2 litre water tank, a heated plate, vertical steam and auto shut-off. Esquire HIE-8000 price in Pakistan at AYS Online is Rs. 30,000, with a 1-year official brand warranty, for homes that steam a lot of clothes and curtains.

A large tank for long steaming sessions

The listed 2 litre tank lets you work through a wardrobe of shirts, kameez and dupattas before refilling. A garment steamer removes creases while clothes hang, so it suits chiffon, georgette and embroidered outfits that are awkward to press flat. Vertical steam and a heated plate are both listed for this model, and auto shut-off is listed as a safety feature.

Steamers and irons are among the highest-wattage appliances in a home. Most household UPS units are not designed for a load like this, so plan your ironing for when mains power is on rather than during load-shedding.

Using a steamer safely

Steam is hot, so keep the head pointed away from hands and face, hang the garment on a stable hook and work from top to bottom. Use clean water and let the steamer cool before you put it away.
