The Dawlance DWSI 8000 Steam Pro is a 2400W steam iron with a SoftGlide soleplate and a 240 ml water tank. Dawlance DWSI 8000 price in Pakistan at AYS Online is Rs. 17,500, with the official brand warranty. Dawlance lists 45 g/min continuous steam, anti-drip and auto switch-off, for families who press a lot of clothes every week.
Steam output and soleplate
At 2400W the DWSI 8000 is a high-wattage iron, and Dawlance rates its continuous steam at 45 g/min. The soleplate is Dawlance’s SoftGlide type, and steam and temperature are set manually. The 240 ml tank holds enough water for a good stack of shirts and suits before you need to stop and refill it.
Safety and handling
Dawlance lists anti-drip and auto switch-off for this model. Auto switch-off turns the iron off after it has been left unattended, useful when someone is called away mid-pile. The set weight is listed at 1.55 kg. Because of the high wattage, plug it straight into a sound wall socket rather than a loose extension.
