• Clear ECIB Report
• Any permanent Government official whose salary routed through Bank of Khyber
• Contractual Doctors of MTI hospitals of KPK & professors of public universities, subject to the condition where their contract remain valid within the total facility of the Bank’s facility, moreover the life takaful of the concerned contractual customer & its assignment in the favour of bank should also be done.

Option # 02	Terminal Benefits are not sufficient but at-least cover 75% or more total financing amount. 1. Lien on Terminal Benefits from the parent department of the Customer duly signed by authorized official/drawing & disbursement official. 2. One PG of Grade 15 or above Grade. (Govt. Employee) 3. PG of the customer.
Option # 03	Terminal Benefits are not sufficient but at-least cover 50% to 74% of total financing amount. 1.
