What the West Point WF-10 offers
Whisk beater
A whisk beater comes with the chopper for beating eggs and light batters.
Three functions
Chopping, blending and whisking from one compact appliance.
One speed and pulse
A single speed plus pulse for short, controlled bursts.
The West Point WF-10 is a chopper with a whisk beater, one speed and a pulse function, finished in white and red. West Point WF-10 price in Pakistan at AYS Online is Rs. 7,000, with a 1-year warranty. Its functions are chopping, blending and whisking, so it suits a small kitchen that wants one compact tool for onion prep and beating eggs.
Chopping, blending and whisking
The WF-10 comes with a whisk beater alongside the chopper, and its functions are chopping, blending and whisking. Use the chopper for onion, garlic and green chilli, and the whisk beater for eggs for an omelette or a halwa batter. It runs at a single speed with a pulse function, so short presses give you control over how fine the chop gets.
Getting a good chop every day
A few habits suit any electric chopper. Peel onion, garlic and ginger and cut them into rough chunks first, so the blades catch them evenly. Do not pack the bowl to the brim. Work in short bursts and check the texture often, because a few seconds too long turns a coarse chop for salan into a paste. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth only, and if you chop during load-shedding on a UPS or solar inverter, make sure it can carry the motor’s rated wattage.
