Where a hand blender fits best
Hand blenders suit small kitchens and flats where counter space is tight, because they store in a drawer instead of taking a corner of the counter. Keep the cord away from the flame, keep the blade submerged while it runs, and wipe the motor body with a damp cloth instead of washing it.
