It is sized for a family of four to six and finished in black.
A 6 litre basket for family portions
A 6 litre basket gives enough room for a family serving of fries or a tray of chicken pieces in one go, which matters when four to six people are waiting at the table. AYS staff list it as best for chicken and meats, and for fries and snacks. As with any basket fryer, spread food in an even layer and shake it halfway so the hot air reaches every piece.
Mechanical dials and overheat protection
Time and temperature are set with a mechanical timer and thermostat, so there is no touch panel to learn. You turn the dials, the fryer heats, and the timer counts down. Overheat protection is listed among its features. At 1800W it is a heavy load for a home UPS, so plan to use it on grid power.
