What the 32LJ520U does well
IPS
Wide viewing angle
The IPS panel keeps colour and brightness steady when viewed from the side of the room.
Built-in DVR
Record a live broadcast and play it back later.
20W
Virtual Surround Plus
Wider, fuller sound than typical small TV speakers, with Clear Voice for dialogue.
Simplink HDMI CEC
Control compatible LG devices connected by HDMI with one remote.
The LG 32LJ520U is a 32 inch HD smart LED TV on webOS with an IPS panel for wide viewing angles, 20W Virtual Surround Plus sound and a built-in DVR to record live TV. It suits a bedroom or second room where people watch from the bed and the side chair alike. The LG 32LJ520U costs Rs. 38,000 at AYS Online today.
Watching the 32LJ520U from the side
In many homes the TV sits in a corner and half the family watches at an angle. Ordinary panels lose colour and brightness when seen from the side. The 32LJ520U uses an IPS panel, which keeps the picture consistent across a wider viewing angle, so the person on the far end of the bed sees much the same image as the one in front. The HD resolution of 1366 x 768 is a sensible match for a 32 inch screen at bedroom distance.
Recording a match or drama on the 32LJ520U
The built-in DVR lets you record a live broadcast and watch it later, handy when load-shedding or Maghrib prayers clash with a drama episode or the last overs of a match. Game TV mode and Simplink (HDMI CEC) round out the features, and Simplink lets one remote control compatible LG devices connected over HDMI.
Sound and connections for a small room
- 20W output, 2.0 channel is fuller than most small-screen speakers.
- Virtual Surround Plus widens the sound, and Clear Voice lifts dialogue above background music.
- 2 HDMI ports for a cable or dish box and a console or streaming stick.
- 1 USB for photos and videos, plus a composite input for older devices.
- 50Hz refresh rate, matching local broadcast standards.
For a bedroom, the 32LJ520U’s size and HD panel are a good match: at 4 to 6.5 feet from the bed, pixels are not visible and the IPS angle helps whoever is lying on the side.

COD in Peshawar came without a shiping charge. Simple buying experience from start to finish. The outer carton had a few marks, but the item was fine. I did have to ask one question before ordering, but got it cleared up. Delivery was smooth from my side. Worth considering, especially with the delivery saving.
