Half of all models cost between Rs. 129,800 and Rs. 193,225, which is where most 1 and 1.5 ton inverter splits sit.

Yes. “AC” is simply the short name for an air conditioner. Both describe the same appliance, and every price on this page applies to both.

A 1 ton AC suits rooms up to about 150 sq ft, 1.5 ton suits about 150 to 250 sq ft, and 2 ton suits about 250 to 350 sq ft. Size up by half a ton for a top-floor room, a room that faces the afternoon sun or one with large windows.

It depends on the model, the temperature you set and the heat outside. Once the room is cool, an inverter AC slows down and draws much less power than at start-up, so setting 24 to 26 °C and keeping the room closed makes the biggest difference to the bill.
