Is delivery free, and are there charges on Cash on Delivery?
Delivery is free in Peshawar on every payment method, and free anywhere else in Pakistan when you pay in advance, even a partial amount. Cash on Delivery orders outside Peshawar carry a delivery charge plus 2% sales tax and 2% income tax, which we confirm by phone before dispatch.
Can I buy Ocean products on installments?
Yes. You can pay in monthly installments with zero down payment using a Bank Alfalah, JS Bank or MCB credit or debit card, and the whole process is online. The bank’s markup applies, and Bank Alfalah plans also carry a processing fee.
