Eligibility Criteria:
Salaried Employees:
- Pakistani National Including Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJ&K)
- Clear ECIB Report
- Any permanent Government official whose salary routed through Bank of Khyber
- Contractual Doctors of MTI hospitals of KPK & professors of public universities, subject to the condition where their contract remain valid within the total facility of the Bank’s facility, moreover the life takaful of the concerned contractual customer & its assignment in the favour of bank should also be done.
Age: 22 to 58 Years
Period of Employment: 01 years or more in Permanent cadre
Income of Employee: Installment should not be more than 33% of the net take home income or 40% corrective installments not to exceed salary other loans.

1. Lien on Terminal Benefits from the parent department of the customer duly signed by authorized official/drawing & disbursement official.
2. PG of the customer

Terminal Benefits are not sufficient but at-least cover 75% or more total financing amount.
1. Lien on Terminal Benefits from the parent department of the Customer duly signed by authorized official/drawing & disbursement official.
2. One PG of Grade 15 or above Grade. (Govt. Employee)
3. PG of the customer.

Terminal Benefits are not sufficient but at-least cover 50% to 74% of total financing amount.
