A refrigerator is a long-term, everyday appliance, so the right fridge balances family size, running cost and brand trust. In Pakistan the main decisions are the size (mini, small, medium or full size) for your household, the door style (single, double, side-by-side or French door), whether you want an inverter fridge for lower bills, and the brand you trust for parts and service. The live tables below refresh daily, so you always see today’s fair refrigerator price.

Mini fridge and small size fridge price in Pakistan

Match the size to your household: a mini fridge suits bedrooms and offices, a small size fridge fits singles and couples, a medium size fridge is the mainstream family choice, and a full size fridge is best for large families. Compare current prices by size:

Live Refrigerator prices in Pakistan by Size
Size From Up to
Mini and Bedroom Rs. 34,000 Rs. 62,000
Medium Size Rs. 44,000 Rs. 525,000
Small Size Rs. 52,000 Rs. 139,000
Full Size Rs. 93,700 Rs. 699,000

Medium size fridge price in Pakistan

A medium size fridge — roughly 11 to 16 cubic feet — is the size most Pakistani families actually buy, and it is the deepest part of our range: the Dawlance 9160, 9173 and 9178, the Haier HRF-316, 346 and 458, and the Orient Crystal series all sit here. Nearly all of them are double door with an inverter compressor. If you are buying for a household of three to five, this is the band to start in; the size table above shows today’s range.

Full size fridge price in Pakistan

A full size fridge runs from about 17 cubic feet upward and is worth the extra outlay for a joint family, a household that shops monthly, or anyone who freezes meat in quantity. Above 20 cubic feet the range moves into side-by-side and French door layouts. One practical note our showroom staff repeat: measure the doorway and the alcove before you commit, and leave clearance at the back and sides so the coils can shed heat.

Bedroom fridge price in Pakistan

A bedroom fridge is one of the most popular choices in Pakistani homes — a compact single-door unit of roughly 2–6 cubic feet that fits beside a bed, in a hostel room, a guest room or a small office. Because the freezer sits in its own compartment, everyday drinks, fruit and medicines stay within easy reach without opening the main kitchen fridge. Look for a low-power model with a tight door seal and a body colour that suits the room. Our in-stock bedroom fridge range is led by Dawlance, with the cheapest unit from Signature — see the mini fridge page for every live price.

Double door fridge price in Pakistan and other door types

Single-door fridges are the most affordable and suit bedrooms and small families; double door fridge models are the mainstream family choice; and side-by-side and French-door fridges offer the most space and premium features for large households. Compare current prices by door type:

Live Refrigerator prices in Pakistan by Door type
Door type From Up to
Single Door Rs. 34,000 Rs. 329,000
Double Door Rs. 44,000 Rs. 545,000
French Door Rs. 93,900 Rs. 699,000
4 Door Rs. 207,000 Rs. 699,000
Side-by-Side Rs. 207,000 Rs. 566,000
3 Door Rs. 268,000 Rs. 280,000

Inverter fridge price in Pakistan

An inverter refrigerator varies compressor speed to hold temperature on less electricity, lowering your monthly bill and running better on a home UPS or solar setup during load shedding. Standard (non-inverter) fridges cost less upfront and suit lighter use. Compare current prices by technology:

Live Refrigerator prices in Pakistan by Technology
Technology Price range
Non Inverter Rs. 34,000 – Rs. 429,900
Inverter Refrigerator Rs. 64,500 – Rs. 699,000

What size refrigerator does my family need?

As a rough guide, a bedroom or single person is well served by a mini or small-size fridge (roughly 4–10 cubic feet); a typical family suits a medium-size 11–16 cubic foot double-door; and a large family or heavy user is better with a full-size 17–22+ cubic foot or a side-by-side. Buying slightly bigger than today’s need usually beats running a too-small fridge that stays packed and works harder.

No frost refrigerator vs direct cool

A no frost fridge circulates cold air to prevent ice build-up, so you never defrost manually — convenient and even-cooling, at a slightly higher price. Direct Cool models are more affordable and energy-light for smaller households but need occasional manual defrosting. Choose no frost for convenience and larger sizes, Direct Cool for budget and compact use.

Best refrigerator brands in Pakistan

Dawlance and Haier lead for value, range and service; Orient and Gree offer stylish inverter models; Samsung and LG are premium for large side-by-side and French-door fridges; and Signature offers big capacity, side-by-side and French-door models on a budget. Use the brand table and picks to compare live prices.

Small size fridges start from Rs. 52,000 and go up to Rs. 139,000, with an average of Rs. 73,000 across 18 in-stock models. Mini refrigerators start from Rs. 39,800 and go up to Rs. 50,300, with an average of Rs. 45,000 across 4 in-stock models. In stock now from Dawlance and Signature; see the mini fridge page.

What is the double door fridge price in Pakistan?+

Double door fridges start from Rs. 52,000 and go up to Rs. 457,000, with an average of Rs. 105,100 across 138 in-stock models. The full range, priced by cubic feet, is on the double door fridge page.

What is the single door fridge price in Pakistan?+

Single door fridges start from Rs. 39,800 and go up to Rs. 329,000, with an average of Rs. 139,000 across 13 in-stock models. Single door is the most affordable configuration: the freezer sits inside the main compartment, which suits a bedroom, a small household or a tight budget.

Side by side fridges start from Rs. 207,000 and go up to Rs. 566,000, with an average of Rs. 359,900 across 15 in-stock models. The fridge and freezer sit in full-height columns — the most storage and the easiest access, built for large households and wide kitchens.

What is the French door refrigerator price in Pakistan?+

French door refrigerators start from Rs. 497,000 and go up to Rs. 685,000, with an average of Rs. 591,000 across 2 in-stock models. Wide double doors sit over a bottom freezer drawer: premium kitchens, wide shelves, and no-frost cooling as standard.

What is the inverter fridge price in Pakistan?+

Inverter fridges start from Rs. 72,000 and go up to Rs. 685,000, with an average of Rs. 117,300 across 106 in-stock models. An inverter compressor varies its speed instead of switching on and off, cutting the monthly bill and running better on a home UPS or solar setup during load shedding. Browse them all on the inverter refrigerator page.

Choosing the right fridge
What is the difference between no frost and Direct Cool?+

No frost fridges circulate cold air to prevent ice build-up so you never defrost manually, at a slightly higher price. Direct Cool models are cheaper and energy-light but need occasional manual defrosting. Choose no frost for convenience, Direct Cool for budget.

Which is the best refrigerator brand in Pakistan?+

The best brand depends on your budget and needs. Dawlance and Haier lead for value and range; Orient and Gree offer stylish inverters; Samsung and LG are premium for large homes; Signature offers big capacity, side-by-side and French-door models on a budget. Use the brand table above to compare live prices.

What is a T3 compressor, and do I need one?+

A T3 compressor is rated to keep cooling in ambient temperatures up to 43 °C; a standard T1 compressor is rated to 32 °C. Above its rating a T1 fridge doesn’t fail — it runs longer cycles to hold temperature, which raises the bill and wears the compressor faster. T3 is common in air conditioners but rare in refrigerators: almost every fridge sold in Pakistan, including our range, is T1-rated, and a T1 inverter model is fine for most of the country. If you live in a district that sits above 43 °C for weeks, place the fridge in the coolest, best-ventilated spot you have and keep the condenser coils clean.

Is it safe to order a fridge online and have it shipped across Pakistan?+

Yes — every order ships with complete transit insurance , so the unit is covered while it is in transit to you. This is worth knowing if you are ordering from outside Peshawar: a refrigerator is large, heavy and expensive, and damage in transit is the thing most people worry about when buying one online rather than carrying it home from a shop. AYS Online has been shipping appliances since 1956, from 17 showrooms, and every unit is 100% original with the official manufacturer warranty valid nationwide. Cash on Delivery is available if you would rather pay when it reaches you.

Using & maintaining your fridge
What is the ideal temperature for a fridge and freezer?+

Set the fridge compartment to roughly 3–5 °C and the freezer to about −18 °C. In Pakistan’s summer our technicians usually recommend one step colder than the factory default, because ambient kitchen heat and load shedding both push the internal temperature up. If your fridge has a numbered dial rather than degrees, the middle setting is close to 4 °C on most Dawlance and Haier models.

Why is my fridge not cooling properly?+

The most common causes our service teams see, in order: dirty condenser coils at the back, a worn or dirty door seal letting warm air in, air vents blocked by overpacked shelves, a faulty thermostat, and low refrigerant gas. Start with the two you can check yourself — clean the coils and press a sheet of paper in the door: if it slides out easily, the seal needs replacing. If the compressor runs constantly but nothing gets cold, that usually means a gas or compressor fault and needs a technician.

How much electricity does a refrigerator use in Pakistan?+

A typical medium double-door fridge draws roughly 150–250 kWh per month depending on size, ambient temperature and how often the door is opened. An inverter refrigerator varies compressor speed instead of switching on and off, which usually cuts that meaningfully and lets the fridge run on a home UPS or solar setup. Summer consumption is always higher than winter — the same unit works far harder at 45 °C.

Can I run a refrigerator on a UPS or solar?+

Yes, and it’s common in Pakistan. An inverter refrigerator is the better choice because its compressor draws a lower, smoother current instead of a hard start-up surge. Size the UPS for the fridge’s starting load, not its running load — a unit that hums along at 150 W can spike several times that for a moment when the compressor kicks in. Check the wattage on the product page before you match it to your backup.

Why is water collecting at the bottom of my fridge?+

Almost always a blocked defrost drain. Food debris or ice clogs the small drain hole at the back of the fridge compartment, so meltwater that should run to the tray under the unit pools inside instead. Clearing it with warm water usually solves it. If the water is outside the fridge rather than inside, check that the unit is level and that the drip tray at the back isn’t cracked or overflowing.

Why does my refrigerator make unusual noises?+

A gentle hum or an occasional click is normal — that’s the compressor and thermostat working. Worry about a rattle (usually the unit isn’t level, or something is touching the back panel), a loud buzz that gets louder over time (fan motor), or a knocking sound at start-up (compressor mounts). No frost models also make a periodic gurgle or crackle as the defrost cycle runs, which is expected.

Can I put hot food directly into the refrigerator?+

No. Let it cool close to room temperature first. Hot food raises the internal temperature of the whole compartment, makes the compressor run far longer than it should, and pushes other food through the unsafe temperature range. Don’t leave it out longer than about two hours, though — cool it quickly in a shallow dish, then refrigerate.

How often should I clean or defrost my refrigerator?+

Clean the interior and wipe the door seals every 2–3 months, and brush the condenser coils at the back at least twice a year — dust on the coils is the single most common cause of poor cooling we see in Peshawar homes. A no frost fridge defrosts itself. A direct cool model needs manual defrosting once the frost layer reaches roughly 3–5 mm, or it starts eating electricity.

Where should I place a refrigerator, and how much clearance does it need?+

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from the cooking range, oven or any heat source, and leave a few inches of clearance at the back and sides so the coils can shed heat. A fridge crammed into a tight alcove works harder and costs more to run. After moving a fridge, stand it upright for a few hours before plugging it in so the compressor oil settles.

How long does a refrigerator last, and what does the warranty cover?+

A well-maintained fridge typically runs 10–15 years, and the compressor is usually the part that decides its life. That’s why compressor warranty matters more than the general warranty: most models we carry come with 1 year general cover plus 10 or 12 years on the compressor. Every unit at AYS Online is 100% original with the official manufacturer warranty, valid across Pakistan — the exact terms are listed on each product page.
